Kia ora whānau! I'm Ue..I'm from the Waikato and Whānganui..sculptor/carver/tattooist/professional artists for 20 years. I'm in a private studio near Tuakau. Sculpting mostly in wood, I've carved all sorts of different materials in search of contemporary designs that reflect an ancient connection, sleek and elegant design flows formed in ancient native timbers, that seek too break up the rectangular boredom of postmodernistic architecture..lol. I love art mahi and thoroughly enjoy pushing my techniques to new limits, constantly learning with each taonga.
